Hi there, well here we are almost out of February 2016. The mobile home park, Riva Ridge, is situated on a hill as you come down into Penticton, so it overlooks Skaha Lake. This mobile unit 7A, had so much activity! I think for two reasons, one: it was completely re-done, inside, out, new everything, even the home inspector couldn’t find one thing wrong, so basically you can’t go wrong buying into it. The second thing: location, first row of mobiles at the end, creek running beside you, neighbors only on one side and lake view all out front. Its official! A skiff of snow fell this week, the exact same week as last year & I had three calls from prairie province clients coming out at Christmas. It kinda makes me smile, they always call when winter sets in. They’re actively on-line looking at property in Penticton to retire to the sunny Okanagan & live between two lakes! What could be better when you work & live in tundra most of your life. I love the prairie people, they’re hard workers & they love the Okanagan.
